If a thread gets to far away from making sense it runs the risk of getting slain.

If anyone else is going to **** on this thread. Make your argument and move and and save us all the death spiral. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but if your going to sit there and beat the dead horse to everyone that comes along, then I would say, give it a rest

i dont represent evo owners, has nothing to do with maturity if you want to start stuff back up again, go ahead. Evo owners in general have more sense about things. which its why its pointless going back in forth with you who knows nothing more than whats stated in these threads.

oh and the Me>U thing.. really mature.

Boys: settle down. No need to get personal over a piece of equipment that we are just trying to get info on and find out if it truly represents what RRM says it does. Let's keep things civil and mature, but also informative and giving one's opinion is fine, just be tactful the way you express it!

keep it informative yes. i just want reviews from experienced people. i cant trust a company that says i can lose a full second of 0-60 from a plastic tube SRI. i like many others are just skeptical about having to pay premium gas for little to no gains

Honestly, I don't feel like all the data has been provided. No data that proves this module works except for the dyno sheet; by the maker, RRM. No real testimony/ test results that have persuaded me either way to get the module or not! I am still up in the air about getting it, as I believe most people are. Some video footage of before/ after or a stock Lancer vs Lancer modded with the timing module would be ideal! Hint, Hint

Once firebird raceway opens up here ill take my car our to open track and see what kind of difference the module actually makes on the 1/4 mile. Until then I can't really help.

I will take you up on that deal! I know it is snowing like crazy still in Idaho. My Dad said they got 2 feet just the other day, but he is North of Boise. Thanks for offering to do something to prove to us "haters" and "non-believers"!

According to RRM, you can. I don't know how beneficial it is, though. Is there anybody here who's running both?

The only upgrades i have in my 2008 gts is a rrm cvt piggy, rrm sri v2, and rrm timing control box and the car is perfectly neck and neck with my friend's 2009 cvt gts on several drag runs. So for about $1,000 in parts from RRM you can get ur 08s on par with the new more powerful 09s
