Here is my stock rom and the definition im trying to get to work with it. some of the numbers are off. The definition was created from copying the 2005 es mt rom definition. Any help would be great thanks

well because some of the values are off. and I would rather get things straightened out first but yeah i will probly try anyways

 

how did you get ecuflash to read your stock rom...my won't read it. It gives me this screen when I click on read ecu:

hmm idk make sure you have 1.3u cable. 1.42 ecuflash.

make sure car is completely off no keys in or anything.

plug both conectors into your car.

make sure you select 2003-2005 evo or whatever when it asks what kind of ecu it is.

and yes there is a definition for2005 es AT so you should be fine with that.

yeah i can see it now. you have 1.29. I tried it at first as well and it didnt work.

you need 1.42

Could I be missing a definition file? I have all the definition files saved in the lancer folder in Openecu as xml.

it doesn't ask me what type of ecu it is...it doesn't ask me anything.
