Update on my all engine 09 GTS CVT.

Car: 09 Lancer GTS, CVT Rotor Glow

My list of work is:
Full head build (minus cams due to an issue with the lobes causing the cam sensor to crack) but I have retainers, lifters, followers etc.
ported throttle body
port and polish
split butterflies for 180 degree opening.
RPW pulley
RRM 4-1 Header
RA Intake
A'Pexi N1 exhaust
RRM Trans Cooler
Aluminum radiator
WORKS flash
inline ecu thing (can't remember what its called haha but it's from an Evo X)
custom tune by EM Performance

Cosmetics:
Custom painted (professionally)engine cover/spark plug cover/fuse box cover in Rotor Glow with gold flake
Eyelids
carbon fiber front bumper
carbon fiber wrapped shift paddles, 1/2 door handles, Mitsu symbol on steering wheel.
Custom painted (professionally) wheels (black)
20% Viper tint all the way around

I'll post a copy of the Mustang Dyno when I get it, and I will be heading to the track to fine tune it some more. So as soon as I get the track times, I will post them as well.

Currently at around 200 WHP. I am at around 75-80 MPH in the time it use to take me to get to 60. 6K RPMs is optimal shift point in manual mode. I am tuned for 89 Octane (because of gas prices... I'll change that to 93 if prices drop). I actually chirp the tires when I launch it now where I could NEVER do that before the work. It is a COMPLETELY different car. Yes, I spent WAY too much money on this build, but I wanted to be a pioneer in the continental US (I know they are doing more in PR) but I wanted to push the limits of the CVT.
When my wife drove my car she was actually pretty amazed. (Thank God! It's the only way I could justify the money spent)
It still has that CVT lag but it is A LOT better. Not nearly what it was before. I will post a video of the launch so you can see the difference. Then, like I said, I'll post the dyno and track times as soon as I et the chance to do it.

Sounds like a nice setup!

I've just picked up an Outlander Sport with the 2.0 4B11 engine and looking at what people are doing with the Lancers as a guide to what is possible. It doesn't have to move like my 600 hp Evo X but I want to get an extra 20-30 hp out of it via lightweight rotating parts (wheels/pulley), bolt-ons (intake, throttlebody, and headers), and a dialed in tune for 93 octane (AFR/timing/mivec changes).

Now to find all the ECUflash definitions as I've only figured out the AFR maps so far but I bet the Lancer ones have many simularities.
