Has anyone found any good places to get an exhaust or is it pretty much custom only?
spent some time looking online and haven't found any full kits.

 

I find it hard to believe that you couldn't find anything. Lancer GTS' 09+ all have the 2.4L 4B12 engine. There's no difference between sportback and not. Here's a few sites to get you started:

Lot's of options. I have on GREDDY SP ELITE that came out this year on 2010 sportback GTS. Fits 08+ lancers 2.0 or 2.4, fits fine. The sportback trim is only for the rear quarter of the car, but underneath it is the same.

Had Greddy SE Elite (Blue Tip) on my SB. Fit-up was no issue.

How would the magna-flow Cat-Back exhaust work? I hear mixed info form shops and magna-flow themselves, Like it will and won't. So I just don't know what brand to go with any... I had more luck with a suspension system then a damn exhaust!

 

Works the same, 2.0 or 2.4. But from 2012 they changed the flang locations so the previous 2008-2011 don't fit anymore.

If you have a 2012 or later lancer, you're choices are limited until Greddy/Magnaflow make new ones to accomodate the new placement hangars.
