2011 GTS Manual Transmission Oil Change?
2011 GTS Manual Transmission Oil Change?
Hey guys, I just bought this car and its in serious need of an oil change. It has 25,000 Km on it. Im just wondering what kind of oil it takes (like 5w20 or 5w30 etc.)? Also do you guys think its time to throw in some synthetic oil in there?
Thanks
Thanks
For sure you should be using a synthetic oil. What will you be using the car for? If just using it as a daily or taking it out on the weekends to let it breath a bit I'd suggest this, SAE 5W-30 Signature Series 100% Synthetic Motor Oil. Give me a PM if you have any questions.
Hey, i appreciate the reply. Ill be using the car daily to drive to school and stuff, so yea ill be driving it alot. I was told by the guy at the autoshop to put 5w20 in it, but i wanted to hear what you guys think. So you think i should still go for the 30? or is 20 good enough? Thanks
