Definition Needed for 2010 Lancer GTS 5MT

Definition Needed for 2010 Lancer GTS 5MT
So I am finally done with school and other life distractions and finally have the time to sit down and try tuning out. I have EcuFlash and the Tactrix Openport 2.0 and have downloaded the ROM off the ECU of my 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer GTS 5MT (Canada Spec) and have only gotten the Memory Model off of the scan (Memory Model: M32186F8). I am not sure if the Definition can be found using this, as my understanding goes as you need the internal ID to find a definition, but im hoping im wrong on this and someone can send me a definition of sorts.
I've also added the ROM file into this post if more information is needed and my inexperienced self doesnt know what im looking for
