The definition almost done.

I have compare Air flow Limit table between your ROM and EVO X as picture below.
Top table is EVO X airflow limit check and below table is your Rom.
IF you install Turbo then you should have to increase data in the table or decrease Boots.

YOU can try with attach definition file that modified from Lancer RA definition file.
It is add table to disable P1241 code.
