if you would have decided to sell the lancer you wouldn't have been able to sell it with the headers because the headers aren't smog legal and the car has to pass smog to sell, but you could of kept the stock manifold and put it back on to sell and then sold the headers seprate.

Also consider checking out the rpw headers which come with flex pipe / dump pipe as part of the kit. These run much longer length primary pipes and as such will produce the same torque and as much power as shorter style header systems.

Where did you hear something ****ty about RPW? Run a search. They've netted the highest dyno proven results.

Try running a search or looking through the forums. There's about 40 billion threads on headers. Every one has been reviewed except the RMR due to its prohibitive price.

i deal with a shop called skr performance and they told me that rpw stuff isn't really for the us lancer and that their stuff isn't of the best quality. i'm just going by what i heard. when i lived in portugal i never heard anything negative about them. only here in the states did i start to hear they were ****ty

Well, read the reviews. It IS for the US Lancer. No one's ever had a fitment problem with them and the dyno results posted show definite and significant whp gains. The only thing I know that was wrong with them at all was their first shipment didn't have O2 sensor bungs welded on them. Aside from that they offered a credit to the buyers of the first batch and it was only something like a $10-$20 fix anyway.

There is someone in the process of installing the RPW cam right now. Check out the thread in Engine tech ( US Lancer)

I have the RPW header and not a single complaint since installation. You can check out my parts review on the header.

Peace

Thanks again for the support guy's it is always appreciated.
I realise my new website doesn't list a page yet for teh 4G94 engines but will be very soon having one I am doing one up this weekend.

Meanwhile yes remember Australia now as the CG Lancer 2.0 so we were able to check everything on our car here for perfect fitment so many of our earlier difficulties mostly with the dump pipes have long since been corrected.

I don't know why some other firm (Who I have never heard of) are callling our products ****ty, but you only need to ask the Mirage 1.8 guy's what they think of our products as we have been selling to them for years.
