i had to buy one my self. after the header install my o2 just quite working.
i went with oxygensensors.com and they were real helpful. though it still was like 134 dollars i think.

i still have the packaging and receipt if you want the part # pm me.

Use some high-temp anti-seize goo when you screw it in again...saves a lot of hassle later. Also if you are willing to solder the wires yourself a universal sensor will save you some money.
