did my gas mod this morning....went easier than I thought....and only took a few minutes start to finish!

This mod owned my car. I tried doing it myself and didn't have someone support the fuel tank door when i was opening it and it flew off. I didn't use gas and used kerosene instead. It was amazing.

 

i find that whenever i put diesel in my car, it gives it a GRRRRRRRRRR sound

 

I LIKE THE GREEN ONE! MAKES MY ES SOUND LIKE A CIVIC! but i couldnt afford anything that says premium...

so this morning when i was doing this mod BY MYSELF, not the first time, but i was so tensed when i was starring at the price reaching $25 and was still going up...and i only pressed the button that says "87" on it.... did i do something wrong? i think i was suppose to deflat all the tires so the car could sit lower and so the gas could flow faster into my car...
Also, one of the workers at the gas station was watching me, it seemed like he was waiting for my car to blow up while attempting to do this mod... so next time i'll try to do this at my house, but instead of putting the liquid that says 87, i will try one that says "Crystal Geyser", i was told that its even more pure than 91

omg yes, that stuff is illegal in new jersey! we cant fill up our own tanks even if we wanted to! we'll.. we'll get locked up or something if we do

 

I asked the service manager dude at my mitsu dealership about this mod. They said it will definitely void the warranty on my suspension. :-(

 

now would this mod need to be slightly altered for those of us that have carbon fiber fuel doors. I've heard that the carbon fiber attracts tank elves that you need to fight and kill off before you can insert the gas pump.....

anyone verify this?

 

I am really thinking of doing this mod next. I know i need it and all (I mean I Really need it) but I have to wait to pay day to do it. Think I will be alright driving around without it for now? The Hazardous orange light hasnt come on yet but I have a bad feeling It will on my way home from work today.
