For any of you who have a Lancer ES and have the Buschur Catback with the magnaflow muffler, I have a couple questions.

Did the gasket they sent you fit onto your stock cat?

Did you use only 2 hangers and if so did it fit on easy?

I'm asking these questions because the second hanger was near impossible to get together and the gasket they sent me did not fit my cat and now I have a exhaust leak because the old gasket was ****ty (I think that is why??)

 

I can vouch for the gaskets - they do not fit. I don't know what car they do fit on, but the ones you get from Buschur do not fit Lancers.

 

I think they send you the gasket which fits their high flow cat...not sure why they don't have one to fit the old cat

 

Nope. Their gaskets don't fit any of their parts. Not even their high flow cat.

I bought their downpipe and their cat. Gaskets didn't fit anything, anywhere.

 

lol thats funny...I'm really pissed right now my bumper is melted to my canister right now...they only use 2 hangers and the exhaust sits crooked....

I had fixed this temporarly by tying galvanized wire around the mid-pipe and around the other hanger but apparently it came loose and now my exhaust is way crooked and stuck to my bumper currently.....god I'm pissed!
