Also note this people; the location AEM recommends for the bypass valve would require you to cut the intake tubing unless you want to mount your bypass in front of your MAS. Also about the bumper opening as I said I went driving in heavy rain, the kind that you can safely drive in not that hurricane downpour like you get in FL , and the car accelerated just as it did under dry conditions perfectly smooth; now if I can only get those damn power curves as smooth I'll be one happy driver.

i have the AEM CAI too, no problems with the rain at all. Its only for manuals, and i had a short ram intake before i bought this and it was worth the money, i didnt mind because the short ram intake cost me only 30 bucks

For god's sake Nasdale don't move the battery, it would be a bullsh!t job to do and there is nowhere to move it to anyway. Just get the short ram and be done with it. Or better yet GET A MANUAL!

I second that. Too much trouble man. Just get a short ram with a heat shield.

I wouldn't try that unless you want a bent intake tube, and there's no need for yelling either; he simply asked a question; answer it politely.

EDIT: There is only 1" of clearance between the radiator, and the Intake lower tube; so if you were thinking about relocation forget it.

No yelling here just a stern voice to discourage moronic/disasterous acts. I hate to see people throw money away when someone could have stopped them. "Get a manual" was sarcasm as people who really love cars drive sticks.
