well if u did have quite a bit of money and wanted too make your car really fast, you could put the RA engine in your lancer then put an rrm turbo on that. still a lotta money but probably a lot more possible than trying to put in a 4g63

you are talking about the OZ b/c the ralliart only debuted in 04, but do they have a speed limiter, and if so at what speed? My OZ stops climbing around 115 mph, but the tach is only at 4000 so i have much more to go.

lancers are drag limited which means their aerodynamicness is what limits their top speed. u have to add more power or make your car more aerodynamic to overcome that. after that the only thing that is limiting you is your gearing. it would be pretty hard to take a RA from the lowend cause of thier torque but like lookslikeanevo says u got a much better chance at top pull from a roll. ^04s must be more aerodynamic than the 03 cause i've gotten my car up to 125 mph w/ just intake and axelback. or maybe its you 17s.

i'd say a lot more than you think. still need wiring harness, ecu, drive by wire throttle components, front engine mount, axles, etc. more than just motor and transmission.

last summer I tried racing a ralliart and they murdered me, and I have plenty of work done
to my car. Though my car was full of people and his wasnt, but still the car looked like it was
turbo'd even though it wasnt.

I toppped my RA out at 135 est... the neddle was well past 130.

I don't think you have a chance beating the Ralliart with mods. If you go turbo with your OZ, RRM now makes a turbo for the RA...now your're losing again.

I want to see someone put a MIVEC engine in the evo. 2.4L turbo AWD...Hell yeah!
