Got My 4G93 Mani, Now Have ??

I got 1 nice surprise today, and another big bummer. My dyno run was rescheduled for tomorrow because the shop was running behind . The nice surprise was I got my 4G93 manifold via UPS. Now that's not really the big surprise. What was shocking is when I opened the package I see that they sent me EVERYTHING: manifold, throttle body, fuel rail, sensors, injectors, hoses, clamps, etc.

So, what parts can I use on the Lancer? Could I send the injectors out to get enlarged? The fuel rail looks the same. The throttle body looks smaller, and has 4 connectors on the TPS when I think we have 3. Any ideas?

Ha ha, I told a few people in some other threads how much I spent. Let's just say I spent less on this entire thing that a RRM bored out fuel rail.

It doesn't look like the TB will be swappable nor portable. The valve is pretty small to begin with and the walls are pretty shallow as well. I'm going to go out to the Lancer right now and examine some things to see what's what.

Oh yeah, with all the stuff off of it, it's pretty damn light.

Here's a picture of everything tore down. Maybe Greenpsycho or Engineerboy could bore out the fuel rail for me.

You wont want to use back most of those parts.... for example, the stock 4G93 TB is only 50 mm, which is smaller than the Lancers. The injectors are also smaller, at 210cc's. You can see if you can sell those as upgrades to 1.5L Miragers. That would be your best bet. I actually have a friend that uses the 4G93 TBs and bores them out and adds a buigger butterfly.... cant remember his price, but he should be able to do that to Lancer TBs as well. That way, you get to keep your cruise control, unlike myself, who has been driving around for YEARS without cruise control. Does suck sometimes on long trips, but that is the price of power.

Where would I go about selling these? I know people speak of the Mirage forums, but I have never paid a visit. Thanks.

CAVEAT EMPTOR: You do need 20 quality posts before you post something for sale. Actually, I am a moderator over there so I might be the one who deletes your post if you dont follow the rules. Sorry.

Rules are there for a reason. Maybe I could put a post up to promote the sale on this site? If not, I'll ask a bunch of questions over there about compatibility and get my posts up.

No disrespect taken... I didnt build the site....

There is an option that you can change the colour of the site, however. I dont have the dark layout on mine.

1.5L turbo guys might jump on those injectors.... if all else fails, package them with the TB or something.

I like the dark grey, but SubSilver looks nice too.
