Pliers on the inside piece that turns, and the socket wrench on the outside worked for me.

well, I got mine off just fine, you just have to hit your ratchet really quick with a hammer, or use an impact gun (on a low setting) to bust the nuts (rofl) free w/o cracking the plastic. Go grab a set of vise-grips if regular pliers aren't holding on tight enough now tho

I just had to replace my MAS and the replacement came with half the Mirage airbox attached because the jackholes at the yard stripped the insides. To be fair, they were on TIGHT! I ended up drilling them out and reusing my bolts from the first MAS. All you'd need to do is get yourself to a hardware store... oops, that's how old I am, a HOME STORE and go to their fasteners section. Shouldn't be too hard to find replacements. Fill the holes around the bolts with RTV to ensure proper seal

Yeah mine cracked all to hell and I just sat there in shock for about 3 minutes with my mouth open and then just ****ing threw it. But I then went at it with vise grips and a socket wrench (10 mm).

But ****ed up the honeycomb mesh shlt on the inside and had to sit and push it all back out with a dinky *** piece of wire. Sucked.

Good luck.
