Just search up on the EVO section for grounding kits. There are plenty of pictures and diagrams for ground points. Unless you mean something else?

I mean the stock ground points on the Lancer. I think ILP Performance may have removed more than one either unknowingly or because of space constraints, and I think that's part of the reason I have such weird electrical problems (excluding the fuel pump thing which may or may not be electrical).

I thought you had the shop manual, wouldn't that have the stock ground points in it?

i've read about this a few times on other sites, and frankly, there is nothing to lose.

i ran across a wire upgrade kit that comes with everything you need, just can't find it right now, but i think its along the same lines as say a fuel rail or ground kit

well today i tested to voltage while driving around in diff situations...ecept WOT cause my fuel issue. but my friend and i never observed less than 12V...infact it was manily in the 13V range....then only time we got it to 12V was when we had a blinker on, pushing the power windoes down and foot on the brake....so we didt do it....so i guess its not a nessacary mod for our cars.....maybe more benificail to Evolutions pushing losts of psi.

a little off topic but i fianlly hooked up my PLX wideband O2 to my ECU and SES light went off....that was a plus for today. now to just figure out while i get no fuel in boost. the car drives like 14.7AFR just puttin around....and idles 15-16AFR witch seems good....so i guess my 4th Fuel pump and 3rd FMU is in order untill i get my standalone and injectors.

I coulda told you that'd happen with most WBO2 sensors. I'm guessing it doesn't have a simulated 1v output does it? The ECU is seeing a signal above 1v and doesn't know what to do but dump fuel. Stoich is 0.5v on narrowband and something like 2.35v on WB (I'm sure this depends upon devices of course). So even if you were running 12.0:1 AFR your ECU would still see a signal above 1v and dump fuel.

Is that the correct WB?

I'm pretty sure the PLX does have narrowband output. Look through the instructions and the web site and you'll find the information. Hell, I'm waiting for my pizza, I'll go ahead and do it.

I did look a bit, but I didn't feel like digging. Make sure the 1v output is going to the ECU and the 5v to a monitoring device (such as a gauge calibrated for WBO2, a computer if you can use them with the PLX or some other display device). I don't know the specifics, and I'm pretty much only familiar with the AEM UEGO, so I can't offer more than general troubleshooting.

Seek and ye shall find, all PLX widebands have a narrowband output to simulate the stock O2. Just look through your instructions and you'll find it.

I don't have a PLX.

EDIT: Oh duh. It's in the last diagram in the link I just gave him.

Maybe it's unrelated. Iono. My girl's Neon had a CEL for a day because of the extreme temps here. Any chance it's something like that?

Back to the original question, I dont see why you Lancer guys are havign such issues on boost. Old girl has seen 28 psi, several 20 psi, daily 12 psi and no fuel related issues. My good friend is running 20+ psi regularly on race gas and nothing.... no miragers I know have had fuel related issues at whatever boost level. I dont see why this original mod would have grounds in our applications.

My fuel was supplied by Walbro 255, 460cc injectors, Aeromotive FPR and controlled by SAFC.
