Yet Another Kamikaze Header Thread . . . please help

Ok just spent two hours searching and reading threads about Kamikaze Header Installs. Im hoping that will appease those who like to say "SEARCH" before anything else My header got shipped today and should be here by the end of the week. Im buying it used and i believe that its the older model, but im not sure since i dont know when they changed the design, so my first question

1) when did Kamikaze change the design to fix the issues ?

Ok second, ive read all about the install itself and other then the dreaded pain in
the *** nut under the header i think i got that part down. However i keep finding all sorts of crazy stuff about the CEL. I know that since there is no cat in the after market header that the second O2 sensor is gonna crap its pants unless i do something about it, so heres question number two.

2) Whats the best/proper way to fix that CEL issue?

Ive read that you can buy a MIL eliminator but mostly ive read they dont work. Ive also read that you can flip the second cat and extend the wires, however one person said that cat is uni-directional and should NOT be flipped. Ive also seen things sold that simply back the O2 sensor out of the pipe further, do those work? This leads me to my third question

3) Has anyone done a complete How To with pictures on a header install?

I did a search about it and was unable to find a step by step install that included something about the Cel issue fix. Im sure ill get alot of flack about this being the 4756th thread about this but hey maybe theres something new out there from someone who hasnt posted here before Thanks for any help guys.

For the first question it's the best thing to contact Kamikaze.
For the second question it's up to you. If you want to use antifoulers that's cool or MIL, or simulator, or even take out the light bulb from the gauge cluster.
Check the "how to section" there is a detailed manual how to install a header.

I wanted to post a link to bigjoshracing.com but for some reason that website is not working. Sorry, no MIL eliminator.

They are also many other ones with many different ways to get the nuts off.

Good luck.
