my car has been sucking the last week or two. my gas mileage is crap and i'm not getting the power i'm used to. i'm not sure what it is but i think it is either my battery (stock battery looks like it is dying according to the little clear indicator on the top) or my spark plugs. the car feels really boggy, and my exhaust doesn't sound as smooth as normal. i think i'm running rich because my spark plugs are crapped out. 2004 lancer with 40k on the clock. what do you guys think?

 

its about time for spark plugs... run injector cleaner in a full take to see how it does..

 

yea i'm hoping its the plugs. save me some cash on buying a new battery til next week. lol. i think i'll check them in the morning

 

YEAH i had the same problem for about two or three weeks.. chanes plugs.. BAM problem fixed.. it really helps mieledge.
