BIRTHDAY!!! What upgrades should i get?? PICS! HELP MEH!
sooo, its that time of the year again and no i don't mean tax time; its my b-day and my rents want to get me something. Naturally, i want my car (03 ES automatic) to perform better and i turn to you. I already have rims, tint, body kit, and rotors so i need to know will give me the best bang for the buck. I have been throwing around CAI, RAI, crank pully, exhaust (maybe), strut bars, but i plan on turboing in the future and have NO engine mods yet. What should i get with a 300ish budget that will compliment the turbo when i get it. Should i just save for the turbo, but supporting mods, or schwat? Thanks!!!

Crank pulley would probably be the best bet since an intake will be replaced when you go turbo, just an exhaust won't do a damn thing and unless you plan on going to the track (which based upon the body kit is probably a no) strut bars and such are pointless.

i actually rally raced this car down a dirt road (no rocks) and have wrecked the body 3 times in 2 months, but i'll be taking it to the track eventually. The wheels were bought from Japan and cost $250 per rim and they ROCK!!! I'll look into the pully, springs, and strut bars.
Pully's and DownPipe.
Get rid of some powerloss caussed by components. Do the DP first because the 1" pinch is the most restrictive part of the Lancer exhaust.
I only recomend lowering springs if you have an ES (which you do) and you are planning on replacing your struts in the next 6months.
