Question Mirage 4g63?

I'm sure many people have asked, and I did try seaching this forum before asking but couldn't find the write answer. I was wondering if a JDM Cyclone engine and AWD transmission would fit a 1997-00 Mirage? If so, is there a kit or where would I get correct motor mounts? And, will it be way too much money to do it?

Thanks and sorry if this is a repeat question

No

The answer to your question is no. They cyclone intake engines are off of 89-92 Galant VR-4's. Those engines are rotated 180 degrees and are on the opposite side of the car from your Mirage engine.

Like TearItUpSports said, the Cyclone intake engine is for GVR4 and EVO I-III, it is much harder to fit into a 5G Mirage. The more feaseable choice will be the EVO IV+ (CN9A) 4G63, which is located on the passenger side of the engine bay. As far as AWD system, you will have to cut and rework your rear floor panels in order for the rear transfer case to fit.

Here are couple posts for more detail:

There are no kits, you just do it.
