Unhappy clutch problems.

I just put in a new motor on my car and now the clutch is really soft.. What would cause this? We tried to bleed it, but the peddle is still way soft. It doesn't want to go in gear much at all.. i know the clutch was going to need to be replace sometime, but it still had some life on it before the new motor was put in...AND it had pressure.. not it doesn't have anything... does anyone know what might cause this?

Also, now that the new motor is in the car... it doesn't seem to run strong.. i have someone telling me it's the mas air flow sensor.? When we test drove it, if it was in nutural trying to coast it felt like it was bing bogged down.. like there is pressure slowing it down as if it was in gear/. any ideas?

thanks for the opinions and advise...

As for the engine, check the timing, 90 percent of the time the timing is off by 1 tooth causing power to go way down. For the clutch problem, i have no idea, dont know much about the clutch system Next thing for me to learn about is power transfer system and suspension
