This has been covered in this thread, our cars don't have govenors because it is limited to a top speed determined by the drag coefficient of the car. If you had a loss of top speed after the kit then that is the obvious answer. You need to give us some sort of time line. What was on the car when you hit the previous top speed and what has been done since?
Obviously if you hit that previous (higher) top speed with the kit on then modified it you have some problems going on.

i am auto and when it was stock it went alittle over 100mph i had to play with it but it went around 115mph since then i have got a k&n sri and a magna flow exhuast system then the latest the new RRM crank pulley and still going 100mph this has been a problem with all the mods didn't just happen resently. although i can complain about the acceleration going to 100mph thats good i like that but not the staying at 100 part

do you have to tune those parts i have never heard of that before but could that be a problem. sri,exhaust system stuff like that...

what do you rpms read when you stop excellerating... do they continue going and you just stop at a 100 or do they stop as well?

?You may not be getting enough spark from the spark plugs? When was the last time you changed your oil?

about a month ago and i changed my spark plugs about a year ago.. so they should be good...
