The thing that irritates me is that Kentucky freaks out and declares "Ozone Action Day" where they tell people to ride bikes or walk their fat asses around town instead of driving, as opposed to them ending their pointless corruption of pocketing money instead of spending on important things such as keeping my tires from blowing out from their ******* pot holes.

my Neon is registered in Franklin county right now and I was able to duck eCheck for another 2 years...

 

That's all it takes? I thought you had to have proof of residence in the county...

i made my own intake with k&n , it works great, idk about the laws, lol its like ppl respect them , i bet people speed also, thats the same thing as it, and if i get in trooble for it ill tell them i didnt know, lol, my windows were to dark i told them i didnt know, also stopped 4 my underglow neon , and told them the same thing,lol,ps still have the neon and dark windows,lol

 

ignorance is no excuse to break the law... i've been pulled over in 4 different states for my underbody neon... 2 tickets

 

Damn, people still put underbody neons on their cars?
