Idle speed should be 750 + / - 100 RPMs .... so unless you are extremely low to the point of stalling or extremely high (which is pointlessly wasting gas), you will be fine.

If you really need to, you can adjust your BISS screw to get a better idle.

Yeah, definitely lower it. 800 rpms is probably were mine comes to rest after the morning cold wears off.

Is this idle while in Park or when in Drive, like at a stop light?

What about the screw under the rubber plug on the top of the TB? What does that do to your idle. I've read what others say but any other opinions on that would increase the total number of people polled, if you know what I mean.

Yep, mine settles in to about 650-700RPM , got an SRI and grouding wires on it. Unless I am running the heater or air con. Then it cycles up to about 850 for a bit.

In drive, I presume. I have only owned manual vehicles. I know in Park it is about 100 - 200 RPMs higher than in drive so factor in 850 + / - 100 RPMs in park.

I see you are in Orlando, I will have to look for you when I get the Mirage done.
