Exclamation HELP ME! Lancer aint running right

Well after i put in a new crankshaft position sensor a couple of things went wrong. Primarily, my timing went off and i keep misfiring. However i never touched the timing belt. And also now my AC wont work and the check BATTERY and the BRAKE lights are always on! Im oh so very confused.

ok here's a list of everything that now doesnt work

Signal lights + hazards
A/C and blower fan
Engine timing is off (keeps spitting out CYLINDER MISFIRE code)
BRAKE light is always on
BATTERY light is always on

i really dont know what could have caused all this when all I changed was a broken crankshaft position sensor that was broken. I checked all fuses and theyre good.

Question

yes it reads that the catalyst sensor is below threshold (i got test pipes) and the other code says: RANDOM/MULTIPLE CYLINDER MISFIRE DETECTED

definately make sure you unplugged your battery and let it sit for a minute, and get a timing light and check it with manufacturer's specs... sry i dont know too much about the 2.0...

I think you either blew your main alternator fuse, or you have a dead alternator. Either one could cause all the symptoms you have. The Battery and Brake lights are the tipoff, but the misfiring and malfunctioning electrical systems are clues, too.

Check the fuses, see pics below. If those are good, check the voltage at the battery with the engine off, should read between 11 and 12v. Then start the car and measure again. Voltage should read between 14 and 15v with the car running. If the voltage doesn't change, it's probably your alternator.

First one:

Second one (fusible link #1):

They're fuses, but those aren't the ones you need to check. #2 is a 50A fuse that powers the A/C clutch and radiator fans. #3 is a 60A fuse that powers the ABS system, if your car has it.

The only one in that picture you need to check is #1.

well the AC now works(fuse) but it still misfires and the BRAKE and BATTERY lights are still on. My alternator apparently works. It outputs a little over 12 volts. I also tried the alternator by having the car running and disconnecting the positive btt terminal and the engine kept running the same.

Does anyone know if theres a main realy for like all the hazards and the signal lights.

And also what does that FRONT ECU control? i know it has something to do with the headlights.
