are yours in the 16s? 15s?
I don't have track numbers with my turbo kit on, i am not that serious. I am pretty confident im faster than any NA lancer or mirage, not saying its totally impossible, but i hardly am getting pulled on by wrx's these days on the freeway, maybe 2-3 cars after 30-40 seconds.
i have ported 93 IM, rrm tb, upgraded fuel rail, ported t25, mr DV, full exhuast, HFC, rrm header at around 5.8 psi peak.

I was running 15.4 with stock pistons, small cam, stock ecu, stock mounts, little oil burn, and heavy 17s.
With my new set-up I'll be way below these numbers.
I understand you have a turbo and you might take most lancers and mirages. But with me your 5.8psi won't do.

I propose you two race. The easiest way to solve this is with dynos. If they're actually close (within say 20hp) the race would be close. If Pete dynos 170 hp and you dyno 130, it's not going to happen. Sounds like you have one hell of an NA setup though, far better than anyone else on here.

My old set-up was on Dynamometer 127.4 whp and 128 torque. Guy said that it is less than dynojet about 20%. They tested their own EVO's there (stock), they put down 206 awhp. Go figure. This would put me more 145-152 whp.
This will change soon. And remember, all motor power band is always better.
Give me 2 weeks for new dyno numbers.

i likely have about 185-195 whp, i dont care to race but i am fairly confident of the result.
so you have high compression and a larger cam profile? what is your mod list.

LOL is this a competition or are we all here to help each other?
Let's respect each other and each other's paths and call it even.... I hate to see boards go down the "my car is faster than yours" path. We are all Mitsu, let's keep it friendly .

SOOOOooooo. Back to the subject. Basically your saying that there are not really any great downsides to a stage 3 cam. Why would I get a stage 3? Cause I want to. That seems reason enough. But if anyone has reason why I should stick with a stage 2, please, by all means, let me know.
