1) Does the radiator made for the evo fit the base lancer as well? I have heard it does with NO modification, as per omar, and i have seen it on kontradictions ride as well (old school i know)

2) Does anyone make hoses for us, I know we can use the lower evo hose but the top one is totally diferent.

3) Will our fan assembly fit the back? I have a slim fan for the ac side but the drivers side fan i will need to keep on there, at least for now.

4) Where can i get one for under 380$, i want the racing edition not the oem replacment. This is the "R" version.

 

1.) Lancers have more hood clearance than Mirage coupes and it 'fit' in my coupe. I had to lower my latch to get the hood to close because of the long neck but I dont think that woudl be a problem on the lancer.

2.) When I had it, I was using a 2G upper radiator hose and it fit perfectly.

3.) Dunno.

4.) Where can yo uget a replacement fan assembly? or radiator? If you can find an OEM Evo IV - VI, they are a direct fit with the current hoses as well.

 

evo koyo rad will fit i installed it successfully....
just get aftermarket hoses for it you just have to cut
to fit...if i recall i got my radiator hose from hose techniques
just get an aftermarket fan also our stock fan sucks
especially if turbod

 

i lied its not hose tech....

i was getting leakage on the stock hose

do you need an aftermarket radiator cap? i keep hearing this.

also if i just want to run the stock fan on the drivers side for a couple weeks till my fan from spal arrives, does it have bolt holes for it?

since its been a while i honestly cant remeber...i believe it did...
but why install the factory fan back and then the spal ...i reccommend
install all at one time....with the new fan it should come with those
plastic rods that go through radiator...stock cap does fit
