hey everyone....quick question...
i had taken off the hose that says (THIS HOSE) trying to make sure its the right one to pour seafoam into (havent done it yet) and i noticed that my engines been making some more noise lately and a bit more shakey....

i squeezed it last night while i was checking fluids and noticed that the engine sounded better and stopped shaking and knocking

is there a reason for this? can i fix it? it shouldnt be the hose...theres no holes in it

 

Get a vac gauge from your local autoparts or tool store and test your vacuum.

 

Maybe that Seafoam will help that problem?

 

the only problem with the seafoam is i have to drive about 500 miles this weekend...and i dont have time to change oil or spark plugs before then

 

well it sounds like a big vacuum leak and seafoam probably wont help

where could i get a cheap vaccum gauge (like 20 or less) and where would i "plug" it in?
