Lightbulb Pictures of custom intake manifold - **UPDATED**

sorry that took so long....
here are the long waited install pics and dyno graph
gain from this intake manifold is about 10 hp
it increases 15~20% more air flow
numbers are: 274 HP, 266 TQ, 19 psi (mustang dyno)

Intresting. How much research did you do on things like runner length and taper before this was built? Also, why not do a dual throttle body while you were at it?

i have done lots research....
i think the stock intake manifold puts huge restriction on flow
the direct flow design will free up all the restriction
this custom one is made from sheet metal
it cuts down weight dramatically
the runner isn't tapered...they all been ported
it will also run a bigger size throttle body (dual throttle isn't helpful for my setup)
anyway....will post the result after dyno

Looks interesting. Just one question though: Where are the vac lines going to connect to? From the picture I don't see any vacuum line barbs.

that's where the vac lines will go
