For 2008 lancer owners, an interesting read...
the 4B11 only has variable cam phasing but it has it on both cams intake and exhaust. apparently mitsu, like honda and their VTEC nomenclature, uses the MIVEC acronym for any kind of variable valve timing be it variable lift, variable cam phasing, or both.
The baby evo/lancer (which may be the Ralliart here in north america) was 'spied" filling up gas at a gas station somewhere in the US. I just saw this article and picture in the Nov.2007 issue of Sport Compact (p.25)! It looks almost indentical as the GTS, same rims and stuff, but has dual exhaust, and it's probably going to be FWD since there are no differentials....This is all form that article. The car looks the same, but you know its going to be nuts and will have a lot of tuning possibilities! No wing on the spied car though but they say there are holes in the trunk that are covered with tape!

lastly i don't think you can spot the differential with that big *** stock muffler in the way.
