You need to pull on it harder! The only thing attached to the spark plug is the thin metal prong end of the boot. If the pack is indeed broken and in need of being replaced, it won't harm busting it up a bit. How did it "break" anyways?

ill guess that the engine was hot causing the end of the spark plug to stick to the boot

Usually, heat causes metal to contrat/expand. That's why it's not good to change plugs on a hot motor...btw, was your motor hot/warm when this happened?

well how it happened was the first time i pulled of the coild pack the coil inside moved. it went to the bottom insteadhow it's usually inside of it, then i wasn;t able to do it right away because soething cameup and i had to leave so i placed it back on, i drove aroun everything seemed fine althought the coild pack couldn;t go on, then i tried it again later but this time it came off eas but the wire from the inside is stuck on the spark plug, i ried pulling at it, and nothing.

unbolt the valve cover, when its off you should be able to get a better grip on the coil pack...

i got one of the suction thingys from a socket set stuck on a plug once. I ended up using needle nose pliers holding a set of my wifes tweezers to get down in there and pull it off
