i am doing a motor swap i have an 02 lancer oz i cracked the heads so i am putting a 06 lancer motor in it but the intake manifold is different was wondering if anybody knows if my 02 intake would fit there both 4g94

 

I don't think so since the 06 is a returnless fuel system and from what I remember, RRM makes a distinction between the 02-03 ported manifold and the 04-06 ported manifold.

 

I was wondering if the manifold bolt pattern was the same I noticed the 06 is missing a vacuum line and a egr valve on the top of the throttle body but I been looking at them and that's the only difference every thing else looks the same

 

The bolt pattern should be the same since the engine is the same.

 

Well I put motor in and my old intake fit perfect even ported and polished it while I had it off using the thread on here thanks

 

Did all the hoses hook up though?

 

Yeah my car. is a 02 so all the hoses fit the 06 manifold didint have egr valve on it and my 02 did
