Plz do not flame me this is just a thoguth i had at work while reading reviews.

1. srt-4 and 2004 lancer es and ralliart are made on the same platform.
2. 2004 lancer es has a 4G94 engine.
3. does this mean an A853 form the srt-4 would be a viable swap optioninto a 2003 oz or es?

 

If you really want it to and with a little bit of money sure......anything is possible

 

That would be a great Idea, but price and availibility are going to kill you. I hope you have a good welder.

 

Did Mercedes ordered parts sharing that quick w/ the neon and lancer? I know it was a cost cutting measure down the future in chassis department.

If not, it won't happen w/o funds, dedication, skill, and knowledge.

 

I don't think the two cars share the same platform...yet. It will happen but I'm pretty sure it hasn't happened yet. Wheelbase numbers could be a pretty good indicator.
