which parts r legal?

im looking up engine and suspension upgrades for the lancer and i want to know which parts r legal, im goin to put thyem in anyway but just wanna know......so here it goes....
ENGINE:
AEM Cold Air INtake
Greddy EVO Catback
Test-pipe/High Flow Cat
Headers
Throttle Body
Forged Pistons
Intercooler Turbo Kit

Suspension:
Rear Anti-Sway BAR
Front Strut Bar
Spring
Brake PAds
Clutch
Limited Slip Differential

i also wanna get shocks, but what kind of shocks should i get that can take it? also, is all this ok, or rthere other upgrades missin?

The AEM intake is CARB certified nad thus perfectly street legal. Only real option for suspension is the Tein SS coilover kit and as for "what's missin'", that all depends on how far you want to take the car.

ok, kool, thanx, now for the ppl in NYC or who know ppl around here, where is a good mechanic that i can find to install everything. because the mechanic i had in mind only does mods that r street legal, so who? im willing to go to New Jersey, Conneticut and Pennsylvania

Everything there should be street legal except the test pipe and header.

Half of those mods are fairly bolt-on and you should be able to tackle them yourself. The more complicated ones being the turbo, pistons, clutch, and lsd.

Almost everything else is just a matter of turning bolts and pulling out stock parts. If you run searches on specific items I'm sure you can find installation tips here. No need to pay a mechaninc for something that you can do.

Yo wantslancer... I live in Pa.. and I do all of my stuff, im gonna boost mine but im going to make my kit custom with a big t28 turbo forged pistons and so on and so on... but my bro does most of the work hes a motor head.. he just built a B18C Honda engine with 300+ Whp new cams cam gears, forged pistons, eagle rods, and lots of other goodies.. he also ports and polishes sheet himself... all you need is a dremel..

:edit: PLUS my buddy works at a little airport and If i bring him any pipe.. he bends it for me.. for free.. so think about that ..
