WET/DRY Nitrious Systems
WET/DRY Nitrious Systems
Soo, does anyone know what would be a better system for your car (engine wise), a WET system or a Dry system
?
And would it be feasable to do this route, because of not having money for a turbo

wet i think is the best for small n/a cars but im not sure i might be backward on this. Either way I dont think you'll be able to run more than a 50 or 75 shot of nitrous. I also dont think its worth the money.
If you have to ask which is better "wet or dry" then its obvious you have not done enough research. Wet systems also add fuel in with the nitrous to keep the air fuel ratio correct, dry systems do not and therefore make your car run lean while you are spraying.
Do your research. If you cant afford a turbo, I doubt you can afford major engine repairs.
Edit: However my friend has a dry setup on his 2.2 N/A ecotec spraying a 50 shot and his car runs just fine. I just dont think its worth the risk to run a dry setup. A wet system may be more expensive but its safer and I think you will see better power gains.
