Question Muffler Question

Hey looked on the forums and could not find anyting on it so hopefully someone can help me. I know this is probably a stupid question but I'm new and need education Well I'm looking at mufflers for a custom exhaust I'm going to get done and on some of them that I like it says they are for show/racing only. Does that mean that i cannot have it on there all the time for daily driving? And if so where is a good place online to get a muffler?

It probably means they're loud. It's a nice disclaimer so people can't sue the muffler company if they get a ticket.

The only problem with just a muffler is if you decide you don't like it (too loud, get a fix-it ticket), you have to pay to get the muffler removed and a new one put on. If you buy a catback, you can just bolt it on yourself.
