the whole kit or just the turbo. if you talkin bout the pipes probably not due to the 08 and 09 lancers being bigger but you can use the turbo.

turbo itself should .... manifold and pipes, not going to happen. I beleive that the evo 8 uses the 16G which rrm is also using on their kit. But that is about all that would fit. Check the compression maps too... lots of good info out there.

well i can get just the turbo for like $140 but i would need to get stuff to make it fit such as a manifold and a new exhaust and piping and what not. so do you think i could just buy a current evo manifold and make that fit? and what exhaust would be best?

possibly. i think most people have the works ab, ingen cat back, rrm ab, theres a few more cant think of all them right now. it just depends on the type of sound that you want. you will also need to get the pipes bent, intercooler, wategate, bov, etc.

So do they all work with a turbo? cuz thats my goal. I guess what would be some stuff to get that I can put on now that I can use when i get a turbo? I know exhaust but is there anything else i can add without getting a whole kit?

Not to offend you, but you need to get a book about turbos and learn learn learn. You MUST be informed to make a smart decision. Do you even know what parts you will need to properly, better yet safely, turbo your lancer??? Everyone starts somewhere, but the ones who succeed don't always start with a turbo, start with a book.

if your going turbo skip the intake cause when you go turbo it will come with one. you can change the crank pully. just go to www.roadracemotorsports.com and look at their turbo and whatever they dont say comes with the kit you sould be able to change.

better yet here ya go http://www.roadracemotorsports.com/s...roducts_id=286

You would've been better off buying an Evo X then turboing a GTS. Even if you buy the turbo kit from RRM, you can only run 5-6 psi of boost SAFELY. Now when a forged internal kit comes out, your talking another few thousand. So not worth it, but to each his own

you're better off finding a new or used block and getting all new internals for it and doing a custom setup

you can have any shop build you a custom kit around your 16G turbocharger. However It'll probably cost a bit. You'd be better off just buying RRM's existing kit. Saying as it comes with everything you need, including the piggyback for tunning...which is pre-tuned
