yup but compare the price. I got mine for 11k A mustang gt? like 25k
so 11k + 7k = 18k and u can beat the 98 and under GT not the new one. But i'm sure with a little more boost, decompression head gaskets about 3grand more u can have a beast.
so then it would be 21k for 300whp maybe? who knows no one has gotten that far. But anyways, the Lancer is FWD so u cant even compare it to a mustang

Trade in your lancer and get an evo for below MSRP!!!! Your looking at somewhere close to 7-8K for those upgrades....

a 15k car plus 7k is 22k, still 10k under the cost of most Evos. And if I recall, stock Evos run mid 14s out of the box. Personally, I don't see either car as being an ideal drag car (and at least the Evo can improve on the 14 seconds by a lot with enough money), but if you really want to do the Lancer, talk to BoeTurboLancer, he is in the 13s already, and knows what it takes to get there safely.

Yeah he blew up 2 engines using nitrous but he no longer uses it and he ran the fastest 13.8 time without a bunch of the stuff that he currently has now and he wasnt running nitrous on that time.

1/4 times are great and you can build any car revolving around better times but racing a lancer for 1/4 times is kinda defeating the purpose of owning this car. But its your car, more power to you and I would look for a sponser or start selling drugs.

This is probably your best option like illzit said. Also you probably would want to buy new brakes and rotors from RRM so you can slow down when you are driving so fast

therse a challenge...sort of

i mean...ur taking a 1g DSM and modding it...using the money u would of spent in mods for ur lancer..

ur still modding out a car lol and the parts are cheaper and more easily available than lancer parts

but id rather deck out my lancer its way better looking..and the #1 reason...it can hold more chicks
