on the intercooler should on paper cool it quicker than regular air

it may slightly, but water evaporating from the surface of the intercooler would provide MUCH better heat dissapation then o2 flowing over it. the o2 may only be providing cooler temps because of the fact its coming out of a tank, thus its being decompressed which cools it to temperatures lower then the outside air.

o my bad thought we were talking about spraying into engine not on intercooler... o2 vs n2o vs co2 would not notice much of a difference

NO oxygen is not flammable, to be flammable is must be fuel. Here some reading for you:

Its supports combustion, it does not cause it.

And they carry a lot of it in ambulances. Oxygen makes a environment more capable of combustion, O2 in welding is used along with something called Acetylene, the fuel. In an
Oxy-acetylene torch, acetylene makes the flame, O2 makes it hotter.

Blitz makes a supercharger for the celica GTS, and blitz has a very good reputation with forced induction systems. But if you want to put a lot of boost through it better think about lowering that 11.5:1 compression ratio,
