The Ralliart is a 2.4 L motor, I think it's DOHC but I'm not 100%. Yes people have put it in a Lancer that did not come with it. Diavlo did it and said it wasn't worth it if you have the 2.0 L 4G94.

also isnt the ra a mivec? if it is then different ecus then as well i assume.

swapping out motors and ecus wouldnt be much of a problem and 2.4L 162 hp sounds alot better then a 2.0 120hp, last 2 days i made my exhaust abit custom by cutting out the muffler and resonator i think it was but kinda looked like a small muffler, put a straight pipe and welded it, i felt a major improvement, i do still plan on an ebay exhaust system with headers, just had nothing else to do but it sounds nice, not loud or ricey

No it won't bolt right in, you'll need to get more parts than just the engine.

is the mivec the same as the 2.4 eclipse motors?

i don't think it is. Different engine codes, the ralliart is the 4g69 and the eclipse is the 4g64 if I'm not mistaken.

ah im just wondering what else is needed with the 4g69 to install it, other then the ecu, i tried to google it but nothing

It's SOHC Mivec. The swap is not worth it as it gets you the same power as the 4G64 swap and cost a lot less. As stated earlier their are 4G94 Lancer's out there with a 4G93 Dohc conversion that also cost less and are close to the 4G64 swap. I think there are only 2 completed swaps in the USA for a DOHC 4G94.
