I'm looking for videos of lancer 2.0 and 2.4 with cat-deletes and am not getting luckyon the subject. If you know of any exhaust clips with resonators and/or no catalytic converters please link me to them. Much appreciated. I talked to a local shop today and they want to run either a high flow cat and custom magnaflow axleback minus resonators ($500) or a straight through midpipe with yhe axleback ($300)

 

I dont have a video, but ive got a straight through midpipe with a resonator and a backbox. Sounds really good and its quite loud. You wont want it any louder. Plus was a nice gain in grunt throughout the rev range and I can make it backfire

Well I did it to get the most power, the sound was a by product. Under idle its quite low so its nice. If u accelerate very fast it has a toyota twin-cam buzz in the lower revs, and the higher revs a very nice scream. Overall different tones based on RPM and how fast ur RPM is climbing.
As I said, all I wanted was performance and for it not to be too loud. In the end, its quite a unique sound and really nice IMO. Ill try post a clip later if I figure out how lol.

I took it to my local garage and they built it in 2 hours.
