Who has the fastest FWD lancer? ever?
Ok. well that was a decent enough answer, Thanks. Just wondering if the 02-03 lancer, or basemodel 04-06 lancers were putting down any serious power. 350whp is a hell of a jump from 100. But i was wondering if there was anybody in the 500whp range. Not yet. So hopefully, once i break turbo tech PR's horsepower record, i can say i have the Fastest front wheel drive in America, and possibly, the world? Way i see it. If anybody is serious enough to be building a lancer, they would have posted up on one of the 3 websites i'm on. but they are ALL saying the turbo tech PR one is the fastest.
Once its done, i'll be entering my car in the magizines, and bragging that its the fastest front wheel drive (if and when i break turbo tech's record) Than, if the magizines know of anybody faster, they'll tell me. If not, they'll have to put my car in a mag? right? rofl.

haha thanks. Prepped the Trannsmission today to start bolting it up to the flywheel, and hopefully Should be dropping the motor into the car next monday. HOPEFULLY.
I believe there was some negative information in there about a company who gets a lot of business here on the forums. Typically any negative product reviews are blocked until they can be determined "true" or at least redacted to prevent unnecessary "roughness" toward any of those companies.

instead of deleting the post, or editing the post, or telling the dude to stop saying it. they delete it all? We all had alot to learn from that thread. I'm beyond pissed.
In all seriousness though, I am betting it's the fastest FWD lancer once the fuel issue gets sorted out. He was running out of fuel because his injectors were pouring it into the cylinders just as fast as the pump could get it there (E85...so, understandable). Once his "double pumper" setup, or whatever alternative he goes with, gets installed, then we'll get a chance to really see what it can do.
Well, that and if the overheating issue gets resolved.
