Loud growl noise when turning steering wheel to right..

For like a year now,i have had a noise where there is a loud growling noise coming from left front section of my car when I turn steering wheel to right.. any ideas?

I want to say wheel bearing,but doubt it would stay the same for 2 years??

Check to see if your tire is rubbing on your splash Shield, as this will make a growl sound, mine was rubbing as I turned the wheel and is loud.

I will check tomorrow if its rubbing. The pump should be ok my car only has 60k on it. But I know it can go bad. Any suggestions on how to check?
