So I just bought and 04 Lancer es, it's a 5 speed and it's bone stock. So I wanna do a swap to give it some *****. I was thinking about putting the 2.4L from the Ralliart in it. Also I wanna slap a turbo on it. I'm fairly new to the Mitsubishi scene and I was wondering if that was a good idea or at all even possible. So any ideas, comments, or tips would be greatly appreciated.

your better off to do the g64 swap from the eclipse for the 2.4l, its a little easier to work with. also a lot of work do you know what you are getting yourself into?

im goin thru the same dilema myself with an 04 oz rally i wanna do a swap just tryin to figure out which year engine would work the best for me............. any ideas

 

do the v6 out of the 3g eclipse.

 

ive read into this a lot and agree that the 4g64 out of the eclipse is the best/ easiest choice. the 2.4 MIVEC out of the Ralliart has way to many differances and requires a lot of knowledge and custom work... search and search and search again.
