02 lancer oz wont fire

Hey I think this is the right forum for this. I have a 02 Lancer oz and I was driving down the road an it quit on me. Its turnin over, I can smell gas, but no fire. I changed the crank sensor, and the ecu with ones off of my parts car(that ran) and still nothing.

Could be a fried ecu. Have you tried swapping relays around to see if it is a bad relay?

I have one and a half parts cars, so I may try switching the whole fuse box.
