Err, I'm sure you are getting plenty fuel. Probably too much if you weren't careful. For the mods you have I would chill until you get a tune.

Your getting enough fuel man no worries there you can run 7 psi of boost easy with stock injectors/rail. try running some injector cleaner through them

Holy Run-on sentence...Can I get some punctuation?

You need to stop guessing and thinking you need parts without doing research and testing things, if you got tons of money then lucky you but from what I got out of it its choking in 1st and second gear but not any other gear? If so then its not your injectors, The higher the gears, the higher the load the engine is under, and that means more fuel, which means higher injector duty cycle, so IF the injectors were too small then it would be choking at the higher gears, not only the lower gears and not do it in the higher gears, get it? I would bet money its not the injectors being too small for having simple bolt ons.

Is your check engine light on? I would think it is

Are you asking about the whining noise or the sputtering? It's probably whining cause you probably tightened it too tight, or one of the bearings for the pulleys are worn out. Do a search and you'll see lots of people have the problem, I'm sure there's a few answers out there for it. The sputtering can be alot of things, try cleaning the maf sensor. You put on an adjustable fp regulator, what's it set at? Do you have a fp gauge to see where the pressures at? Did it start doing it after some work or just randomly. Need more info

If you have a tuning program what's the highest injector duty cycle?
Do a datalog while you're driving and see what's going on when it sputters

yup to much boost 9 psi on stock injectors is to much especially wen im using 91 octane with ethenol in it no, matter how much cleaner i put through it it will stay clogged up so i upgraded the injectors and started getting gas somewhere else and it has stopped. Ive decided to sell it and go in a different direction so.......peace dsm'rs im going jdm on something else
