Need Performance Input.

I have a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer ES It's fully decked out on the outside I mean it really looks nice I see other ES's and they looked hella cheesy but I got it right on mine with the visuals I have never seen a better looking 04 ES than mine. Now I need the performance to back up the looks I already installed OBX Headers down pipe K&N Cold Air Intake and Just ordered some light weight slotted drilled rotors to reduce some front weight I drive with NOTHING in the trunk its stripped and unnecessary parts in the engine bay removed Still have the stock exhaust down from the down pipe what can I add to my car to get a little more pull I mean I want to take off the only reason I bought this car I know it's slow..but It's a damn good looking car I would have an EVO which I will someday but this is my first car saying that I'll never sell my first car it stays so if you have any ideals and how to do them and what parts are best for the money tell me!

Boost it ..... Many of us have. For about $2000 (parts and tune) you can have yourself a nice quick ride. Lots of EVO guys upgrade their stock rides and are willing to dump their stock bolt on pretty cheap. Only thing you'll need to buy separate will be the exhaust manifold. The evo's dont match ours. But everything else is a direct fit. Weld some custom exhaust up and pick up a few mis. items like oil lines and such and you rolling with about twice the HP and TRQ.

many forum posts here that explain it in detail.

Would an evo motor fit inside my 04 es cause I'm sure for 2k I could find the motor used somewhere or is that not such a good idea?

A cat-back would be the next improvement if you're looking for a bit more power/fuel economy.
