Here's from my experience.
When my car was completely stock, my peak HP was 4400 rpm, and 5K was a death nail (can't breath and plummets off).
With intake, bosch +4 (stretches about an extra 100 rpm - fouls up a lot after 3 tank fills), and magnecor (stretches an extra 200 rpm), rpm got faster right about 8-15% (not much in the overall gain- felt faster off the launch but levels off). My peak was 5200 rpm and dies at 5600 rpm.
With header, peak HP is 5600 rpm and dies at 6000 rpm.
Dies = completely drop in HP.
BTW, The magnecor spark plug wire set I recieved:

well the only thing good about the plugs ive noticed is... like in the morning when u first start ur car... and it idles real high?? then eventually goes down to 1 and below like 5 min later?? with the ignition cables... it comes down to 1 right away... and doesnt feel all bumpy to begin with... so i guess it doesnt really help performance... it just more convenience... so i recommend them like 1000000000%
k, I don't wanna come off sounding like a fool or anything, I just want to get the facts straight... if you order the magnecore wires #45182, you get only 2 wires, then you must purchase the other 2 elsewhere, or am I totally mistaken on this?
did anyone else have the NGK iridium plugs STOCK on their lancer? cause mine did..i was real surprised! But i still replaced them with the Denso's i bought in japan and they seem to be working good
did anyone notice a change in sound? like around 3500 rpm, the sound seems to resonate more than before..or its just me.

so where is the cheapest place for us to get the magnecor wires .. and also, do they come in black - - the only ones ive seen are in red and i dont want red since my engine bay accent color is blue . . .unless the wires are hidden pretty well . . . .
