Lancer throttle cable

Kay so I figured out why my lancer takes a little to accelerate from the line . The cable that opens the throttle body is a little lose .
So basically what's happening when I floor it , the cable takes time to tighten then open the throttle body as oppose to the cable already being right and it opening up right away .

Does anyone know how to tighten it I can't find the bolt to do so !

It's the two bolts that have the metal plate holding the throttle cable in place it sits in the intake

^ What Sergs4 said. It's where the throttle cable goes from having the plastic shielding to just being braided cable right before the throttle body. Just loosen the two bolts holding that metal bracket onto the intake manifold and move said bracket back some. Make sure you have a little play in the cable though, because otherwise it'll stick open a bit and make the car idle high
