THis happened on my es. I had my frinend dan tighten it. I know nowhere near the amount of stuff as others on this board, so maybe u can get some more help with this, but there is a screw toward the left of the top of the intake manifold and to the right of the throttle body where the cable runs . Follow it to the left from the actual throttle anmd u should get there. Anyway there is a screw u can tighten. You need to be careful to not over tighten, because then u could have ur throttle open all the time...not good. Hopefuly other people can give some input so u can know for sure. pm me if u want me to take pics

i can prolly take picture later if you want but i'll try to explain since its not tough at all...basically look at the intake manifold and you'll see a gold bracket that has to screws holding onto the intake manifold. all u have to do is loosen the screws and then slide the bracket left or right tightning and loosening the intake manifold to ur liking. be careful however because yours migh tbe fine, mine is as tight as it will go without screwing anythign up and it still appears to sag. if you tighten it too much and leave the throttle body open your car will throw a check engine light and the rpms will go wild.let me know if you need further help on this.

some people have done that on purpose to increase response, but overall most changed it back because of worries about damage later on...

if you mean the throttle cable where it reaches the throttle body, you loosen the 2 bolts holding it in place, slide the cable until the slack is gone, then tighten them (not too much, they're small weak bolts). I posted this in another forum about a week ago, but I guess nobody wants to search for "throttle cable".
